Torino Stratosferica presents the best short films of the Better Cities Film Festival at Cinema Massimo, the Detroit-based review that shows the best of “making cities” all over the world.
“Precollinear Park. A placemaking experience”, the short film that narrates the first placemaking project of Torino Stratosferica born in June 2020 in response to the pandemic will be shown in advance on February 27th at 9:00pm. The documentary was awarded the “Best Tactical Urbanism Film” award in Detroit at the 2021 edition of the Better Cities Film Festival.
